  • Expense of personal nature like Airfare, Railway Tickets, Bus Fare, tipping, Portage, laundry, and telephone / fax calls, alcoholic beverages, monuments’ fees, medical expenses, any Insurance etc.
  • Services of a Transfer Rep / Local Guide / Monument entrances in any place.
  • Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Anything else not specifically mentioned under the “Cost Inclusion” column.


In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reasons we must be informed in written. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in written and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • Once the booking is confirmed   – 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 15 days prior to arrival                  – 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days prior to arrival                 – 75% of the tour/service cost.
  • Less than 72 hours or no show   – NO REFUNDS
Day 01: Arrive Chandigarh/ Shimla (120 km)

Arrive Chandigarh airport/ railway station.  Pick up and travel to Shimla by surface.  Shimla the former summer capital declared by the Britishers is situated on several small spurs of the lower Himalayas and now the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival check-in at your hotel. Rest of the day will be free to rest and relax. Overnight at hotel in Shimla

Day 02: Shimla/ Narkanda/ Sarahan (175 km)

Travel by surface from Shimla to Sarahan, the gateway to Kinnaur enroute crossing the famous hill resorts of Kufri & Narkanda. Continue to drive along the Satluj river and from Jeori climb upto Sarahan. Sarahan is a small village surrounded by apple orchards. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Evening proceed to visit the famous Bhimakali temple at Sarahan. Overnight at hotel in Sarahan

Day 03: Sarahan / Kalpa (107 km)

After breakfast travel by surface from Sarahan to Kalpa. The route is along the Sutlej River. Kalpa is a beautiful village located in the backdrop of the Kinner Kailash Mountain range. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Afternoon you will visit Roghi village which has traditionally built Kinnauri houses. The evening will be free to walk around the Kalpa village. Overnight at hotel in Kalpa

Day 04: Kalpa / Sangla (51 km)

After breakfast travel to Sangla which has earned the distinction of one of the most beautiful valleys in Himachal. At Sangla visit Kamru village and make a small walk to visit Kamru Fort an old historic Fort and a masterpiece of old age craftsmanship which has a temple dedicated to Kamaksha Devi. Later check-in at camp. Rest of the day is free to relax and enjoy the pristine beauty. Overnight at camp hotel in Sangla

Day 05: In Sangla (Rakchamm & Chitkul)

After breakfast, go for a full day excursion visiting the picturesque village of Rakchamm a quaint, pristine and quiet village and onto Chitkul the last inhabited Indian village on Indo Tibetian Border positioned on the right bank of Baspa River. Drive back to Sangla. Rest of the day free to relax or you can also make a walk to nearby Batseri village. Batseri is jeweled by soothing saffron fields, apple laden trees, and alpine meadows. The exquisitely built wooden houses are an architectural marvel. Overnight at hotel in Sangla

Day 06: Sangla/ Narkanda (160 km)

After breakfast travel by surface to Narkanda. The place has good weather throughout the year that invites people from far off areas to escape the scorching heat of the plains. Apple, peach, plums and apricot plantations even add up to the beauty of the place. Narkanda is also famed as a Ski resort. On arrival, you will check-in at the hotel. Evening will be free to relax. Visit Hatu Temple if time permits. Overnight at hotel in Narkanda

Day 07: Narkanda/Shimla (60 Kms/2 hrs)

After breakfast check out and proceed to Shimla. Visit Jakhoo temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman nestled at the highest peak of Shimla (2500 m). Check-in at your pre-booked accommodation. Later proceed to visit Viceregal Lodge (now Indian Institute of Advance studies – IIAS) that uses to be the residence of British Viceroys after Shimla was declared the summer capital in 1864. Evening you shall be visiting Christ Church the second oldest church in North India, Scandal Point, Mall road & Ridge. Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla

Day 08: Shimla/ Chandigarh Drop!! 

In time, transfer to Chandigarh station/ airport to catch your flight or train for onward destination. End of tour & our services.
