1. Booking and Payment

Making a Booking: You can book your trip directly through our website or by contacting one of our travel specialists. To confirm your booking, we require a deposit (50% of the tour cost) at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days before your departure date.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

 

2. Changes and Cancellations

By You: We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing (email or mail). Cancellation fees will apply based on the following schedule:

 

Cancellation Policy

• The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly
• No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request in writing.
• If cancellation received 45 days prior to start then 100% refund.
• If cancellation received 30 days prior to start then 100% carry forward to future expedition or 90% refund.
• If cancellation received between 30 days – 15 days: 75% carry forward to future expedition or 50% refund.
• If cancellation received in less than 15 days: 25% carry forward to future expedition or 10% refund

 

By Us: In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to your trip itinerary (flight cancellations, hotel unavailability), we will notify you immediately and offer alternative options, including rebooking, refunds, or trip credits. If the changes are significant, you will have the right to cancel your trip and receive a full refund.

 

3. Pricing and Surcharges

The prices listed on our website are all-inclusive (unless otherwise specified) and include (list what’s included in the base price).
Please note that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate surcharges, such as fuel price increases or government taxes. We will notify you of any surcharges before confirming your booking.

 

4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas (if required), and vaccinations for your destination. We recommend checking the latest requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate well in advance of your trip. Tourism Scouts India is not liable for any denied entry due to missing documentation.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

• Tourism Scouts India acts as a travel agent and does not assume liability for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators. We strive to partner with reputable companies; however, we cannot be held responsible for their services.
• We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during your trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, political unrest, or natural disasters. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in such situations.

 

6. Customer Conduct

We expect all travellers to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout their trip. Disruptive or illegal behavior may result in the termination of your trip without refund.

 

7. Complaints

If you have any complaints about your trip, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any concerns to your satisfaction.

 

8. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of India.

 

10. Amendments
